Felted Carpets

These colourful felted wool carpets have been kept traditionally in homes to keep the floor warm during the cold winters. The embroidery technique used to make these felted carpets is called the “Ari” technique. Because they are handmade, each carpet is unique and reflects the signature and style of the artisan who has made it.
